Event details In the ROUVY app, participants from all over the world who have entered the event will start from their homes or other locations at the same time. The event venue will be set up in Ehime Prefecture, and several guest riders, including professional riders, will participate from the venue. The event will be streamed live on YouTube (Cyclist TV). Race participants can enjoy the race even more if they have a device to watch the live streaming in addition to an iPad or other device to project their own race screen.

Prizes The winners of (1) to (3) below will receive popular hometown tax returns from Imabari City and Kamijima Town in Ehime Prefecture. Participants outside Japan are also eligible.
  • (1) Two first-place finishers, one male and one female, excluding guest riders
  • (2) 3 winners drawn from among all participants
  • (3) Three winners drawn from those who did not participate in the race but completed any of the three virtual courses by October 30

Born in Mie Prefecture. Joined JCL Victoire Hiroshima in 2021 from a French team. He was an ace racer and won the Otawara Road Race in November of the same year. He was ranked 3rd in the JCL individual ranking in 2021. And has been serving as captain since 2022.

Fuki Hirabayashi (24)

Born and lives in Ehime, Japan. After graduating from Matsuyama Seiryo High School and Meisei University, he joined Victoire Hiroshima in 2020. He has been a member of Bingo Shimanami eNShare since this year. In his third year as a professional, he competed in the JBCF season opener in March of this year. (Harima Central Park Road Race), where he placed 20th.

A popular bicycle YouTuber from Taiwan, She mainly focuses on road biking but also tries her hand at various other genres of bicycling. Her YouTube channel mainly features cycling videos, not hard rides, but light travel videos. She is dedicated to promoting the outdoor lifestyle and is also involved in mountain biking, triathlons, and mountain climbing. Her love of the outdoors led her to move from the capital city of Taipei to Kending National Park (Hengchun) in the southernmost tip of Taiwan.

Born in Yokohama, Japan. After graduating from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Tokyo and working for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), she studied physical exercise and nutrition at a graduate school in the UK, where she became fascinated by the possibilities of bicycles and deepened her exploration of their physical and mental benefits. Currently, she is active in the fields of health, beauty, and ecology with bicycles at the core of her activities, such as disseminating information in the media, MCing events, writing articles, and proposing bicycle fitness.

Motoshi Kadota

A professional cyclist living in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan, who belongs to Giant, the world's largest bicycle manufacturer. He has extensive experience in overseas expeditions as a professional and is an active cyclist who knows cycling around the world. He gives lectures and produces events and tours on tourism with cycling throughout Japan. Advisor for the Cycling Shimanami 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2022 conventions; in 2019, he received the Award for Achievement in Promoting Bicycle Utilization (Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award).

He has served as secretary-general of the Ehime Bicycle New Culture Promotion Association, which organises the international cycling event 'Cycling Shimanami' on the Shimanami Kaido, the stage of this event, since 2021, and has himself been a cyclist for 20 years and is an ardent fan of the Shimanami Kaido.
